Executive Summary

This is an executive summary of the constitution that embodies the ideals of free government, law enforcement, representative government and equality all espouse the values of the establishment of justice. Domestic Tranquility is the idea that one can live independently, with relative prosperity (free of poverty), and that we can defend our rights and property. Having a standing military and promoting tariffs to protect our lives and value resources are ways that we can provide for our common defense. Healthcare, education and countless other programs developed by our federal state, and local governments are means to promote the nation's general welfare, and finally securing the blessings of liberty mean we're free to do all things lawful and just throughout the land without fear of reprisal or reprimand.
